How does it work?

Schedule your appointment online or call us at (814) 919-9611 to book. Complete your medical screening if you're a first-time client. Then, our nurse will come to you for your treatment!

What are your hours?

We take appointments 7 days a week from 8am-8pm based on nurse availability. We do everything we can to accommodate all requests even outside of business hours.

What locations do you serve?

We currently serve Delaware (New Castle County), South Jersey, and Pennsylvania (Erie, Greater Philadelphia Area, Lehigh Valley & Pittsburgh).

What does an IV actually do?

IV Vitamin Therapy is versatile, with many uses. It’s fast and effective, delivering fluids rich in vitamins, minerals, and medications right to the bloodstream. These IV fluids bypass the digestive system, so the treatment offers greater nutrient absorption compared to oral solutions.

IVs also work well for people who have trouble keeping down fluids due to illness or other medical conditions. You can use IV Therapy to address many health needs: dehydration, fatigue, colds, flu, and other illnesses, altitude sickness, hangovers, migraines, nausea or vomiting, headaches, PMS and menopause, B12 or other vitamin deficiency, food poisoning, athletic performance and recovery, energy and mental clarity, post-operative recovery, boosting immunity, anti-aging, and more.

How long does IV treatment take?

Our specialty is our responsiveness. A typical appointment takes 30 to 45 minutes. The specific length of time for your IV infusion depends on a few factors such as treatment type and how quickly your body accepts fluids intravenously.

Who can and cannot get an IV?

Patients must be at least 14 years old and pass our medical screening. We can treat individuals with the following conditions, pending medical director review and approval: congestive heart failure, kidney failure, chronic kidney disease, and abnormal vital signs. We cannot treat patients with a blood clotting disorder or those experiencing a medical emergency.

What treatment should I get?

Choose from one of our clinically developed IV Therapy Treatments or customize an IV infusion based on your unique symptoms and wellness goals. Call or text us at (814) 919-9611, and we can assist with recommendations. Your nurse can also help personalize your treatment during your visit.

Where does my treatment take place?

An IV ACTIVE registered nurse will come to you for treatment anywhere that is comfortable and convenient for you— home, office, hotel, event, training center, and more.

Who will be providing my treatment?

Our registered nurses are IV infusion specialists and will provide your treatment. They work under the supervision of our medical director.

I am a hard stick and difficult to access—will this be an issue?

Our team of registered nurses has years of experience performing IVs and working in emergency medicine. They will make 2 attempts to access a vein, and if they are unsuccessful, you will not be charged for services.

Do you access Med Ports?

We are unable to access med ports at this time.

Does insurance cover IV Therapy?

We do not take insurance; however, you can use an HSA/FSA to pay for your services. We will also provide an emailed receipt, and you may be able to submit for reimbursement.
